Claims

We assist our customers by providing a seamless claims process. From meeting with adjusters on site, to providing details work orders, securing building codes, and ensuring your home received all needed accessories is just another part of our job!

Scheduling, performing and warrantying your home is all done in house, making it easy to finish any claim!

Claims Process

Establish Date of Loss (DOL) -  General time frame of weather event that would have caused damage, using the exact date if known.


Prepare - Collect all available information regarding your claim such as Claim Number, appointed adjuster contact info, inspection schedule, etc.


Report - Informing your carrier of damages in a timely manner is important, advise them you are working with a contractor to mitigate and prevent further damage while repairs are estimated.


Temporary Repair Approval - Inform the insurance company that you have had a contractor inspect your roof and damages were found. Request approval from a temporary/emergency repair (this could be a tarp or shingle repair). Your contractor will let you know if one is needed.


Insurance Policy - If you have lost your insurance documents request a replacement copy. Ask your insurance agent or company for a copy of your policy and Declarations Page. Not all assigned adjusters familiarize themselves with your specific policy, therefore, having a copy of your coverage and exclusions will ensure you are receiving the most benefits due.
